Echoes is a barrel-aged quadrupel with plenty of character. The aging process involves a combination of various cognac, bourbon, and rum barrels, in total four different barrels. The result is a beautiful and complex beer with lingering notes of spice, vanilla, caramel, and toffee, accompanied by an underlying fruitiness from the Belgian yeast. The name 'Echoes' is inspired by the song that, in our opinion, represents Pink Floyd's pièce de résistance, and since the band was a pioneer in the use of quadraphonic sound, we find it particularly fitting.
