The name Fjellbokk is a reference to the high mountains around our brewery in Flåm, and is a dark, malty brew with notes of fresh bread and chocolate. Brewed with fresh mountain water, this is a big beer inspired by the powerful nature around us. Enjoy this bock by itself, or with cheeses or dessert. Recommended serving temp 8-10 celsius.
Aroma: Aroma av mellommørkt malt, litt humle og korn, toner av kaffe, toffee, tørket frukt og urt.
Smak: Kremet med tydelig preg av røstet og lyst malt, korn, humle, litt kaffe, mørk sirup og nøtt.
