La leggerezza si conferma in bocca - complice anche il basso grado alcolico - in assonanza con i toni delicati del luppolo e, anche se in misura minore, del cereale, accompagnati da note agrumate e floreali. It immediately releases pleasant scents of peach and apricot and subtle notes of spices. When sipped, the mouth is filled with light, yet persistent fruity flavors of apricot and peach, which perfectly blend with the delicate citrusy and lactic notes of this sour. The subtle and lively carbonation makes for a surprisingly drinkable beer: perfect to be enjoyed as an aperitif.
