Il bouquet è caratterizzato dall’uso della liquirizia percepibile al naso e piacevolmente presente in bocca dove si ritrovano le piacevoli note di questa radice. Il profilo si completa con aromi di frutta secca, biscotto, cioccolato a cui si aggiunge un profumo agrumato di mandarino ottenuto dall’infusione a freddo di luppolo.
