Schiuma bianca e compatta, si presenta di colore dorato. La luppolatura a freddo (dry hopping) che utilizza luppolo in fiore qualità Mosaic e Cascade prodotto in Italia, le dona delicate note erbacee ben bilanciate con la parte maltata. Fresca al naso e in bocca, si completa con un finale secco e gradevole. È ideale per un aperitivo e si accompagna a cibi freschi, ad antipasti leggeri di verdure e molto bene, anche, con il pesce.
