Ondineke is an unfiltered golden blond beer with an alcohol content of 8.5%, brewed without the addition of spices. The brewer uses the only hop variety still grown in Aalst: Hallertau Mittelfrüh. The beer is named after Ondine, the main character in De Kapellekensbaan, a novel by Louis Paul Boon. Ondineke is also the official city beer of Aalst and is served at official city receptions.
Aroma: Ren tiltalende duft med hint av lys malt, barnål, hvite blomster og sitrus.
Smak: Fyldig stil, behagelig floral humlearoma med hint av lys malt og sitrus.
