Already 600 years ago, archbishop in Nidaros, Aslak Bolt, realized the grandeur of the green, high-rise plant called hop. Every year Bolt imposed their tenant farmers to plant 10 hops cuttings to secure next year’s brewing. Bolt IPA is a classic American West coast IPA, dry hopped with Bravo and Amarillo hops. Served well together with hamburger, spicy thai or cheese.
Aroma: Aroma preget av gyllent malt, litt tropisk frukt, honning, og furunål.
Smak: Kremet og fruktig, preg av gyllent og mørkt malt, tydelig humlebitter ettersmak.
