The great people at Salikatt showed up with a barrel of 30‑month‑old brett beer. We had some wild cider. So we blended the two, threw in loads of farm‑fresh Jefferson plums and a good amount of juicy Glen Ample raspberries, and left it alone in a foeder for four months. It turned out pretty great. A friendship‑driven, collaborative, wild and refreshing hybrid. Enjoy now — or let it age for a few years.
