It's all about the balance of hops, malts and yeast. Jam 52 is a modern American Pale Ale carrying all the fruitiness of the IPA with lower alcohol and easier drink ability. Our amps go to 11, but the abv in this long time favorite for many local drinkers only until 5,2%!
Aroma: Floral, sitrus.
Smak: Sitrus, karamell malt.
