Cherry Season is a mixed fermentation beer brewed in 2023. After 36 months resting in oak barrels, developing complexity from Brettanomyces and bacteria, we teamed up with our friends at Lindheim Ølkompani—highly skilled sour beer makers—to take it in a fruit-forward direction. After sampling the base beer, they brought local cherries, raspberries, and their expertise to the brewery. The result is a vibrant, complex cherry sour. Drink fresh for the brightest fruit expression, or cellar for added complexity and acidity. Cheers!
