Don't Worry Be Happy Centennial IPA

Behind this beer Centennial has been one of the most well-respected hop varieties since its release in 1990. Named for the centennial anniversary of Washington state in the Pacific Northwest, it is an incredibly well-rounded hop, nicknamed Super Cascade for its vibrant citrus, soft pine and floral and earthy characteristics. It is the hop that brought us iconic IPAs such as Russian River’s Pliny the Elder, Founders’ Centennial IPA, and Bell’s Two Hearted Ale. This beer is a love letter to Centennial, the big bitter aromatic OG of our craft beer IPA world, inspired by those legendary brews on whose shoulders we stand. A sip of this will transport you back to 2010 when IBU boasting was still a thing and Stigbergets was just a square in Majorna. Tasting notes American style IPA with a substantial malt backbone, a clean sharp bitterness and assertive hoppiness, aromas of orange marmalade, grapefruit, pine resin and grassy, earthy notes.
