BEHIND THIS BEER Located just outside Riga, Ārpus Brewing have been brewing beers with big, bold flavors since 2017. Ārpus is a Latvian word meaning “outside, out of, beyond, off limits”, so naturally we stepped outside the box a bit with this collaboration. We pushed the limits, using over 2.5 tons of mango, sour cherry and blackcurrant puree, more than twice the volume of fruit we’ve ever used before. TASTING NOTES Tart and sweet, tropical fruit punch, sour cherry, slightly salty INGREDIENTS Pilsner malt, wheat malt, torrefied wheat, oat malt, torrefied oats, lactose, cherry, mango and black currant purees
Aroma: Aroma av frukt.
Smak: Syrlig smak av mango og solbær, kirsebær i avslutningen.
