Goose Island Beer Co. er et bryggeri fra Chicago, Illinois, etablert i 1988 av John Hall. Virksomheten startet som et bryggeri- og pubkonsept og utviklet seg senere med et større produksjonsanlegg på Fulton Street. Bryggeriet forbindes med amerikansk craft beer, blant annet hveteøl, IPA, belgisk-inspirerte ales og fatlagrede øl, og har en tydelig tradisjon for å kombinere klassiske stiler med eksperimentelle brygg.
