RASPBERRY & PASSIONFRUIT TART TOPPED WITH WHIPPED MARSHMALLOW & COCONUT CREAM - PASTRY SOUR Pours deep red with a fluffy head. Aromas of raspberry jam, exotic passion fruit and toasted coconut. Mildly tart with a smooth, sweet finish. Flavours of fresh homemade raspberry jam upfront, with notes of bright passion fruit. Additions of toasted coconut and Madagascan vanilla bean provide added depth and bring this sour to home to pastryworld.
Aroma: Aroma av bringebær og pasjonsfrukt.
Smak: Søtlig med hint av pasjonsfrukt. Kokos i avslutningen.
