Omega DIPA is an aggressively dry hopped hazy double India pale ale. Barley- and wheat malt accompanied by some flaked, unmalted oats and wheats to build the base on which we later dropped a big load of Idaho 7 hops and some Mosaic Lupomax. Round bodied, creamy tropical citrus juice with a sticky finishing hop bite. Malts: Extra pale ale malt, wheat malt, flaked wheat & flaked oats Hops: Mosaic T90, Citra T90, Idaho-7 T90 & Mosaic Lupomax Yeast: AEB Fermoale New-E
Aroma: Aroma av frukt.
Smak: Smak av tropisk frukt.
