Polslipp September 2024
For this hazy double IPA we used Citra YCH 702/DynaBoost flowable whirlpool extract. DynaBoost was crafted as a hassle-free whirlpool addition that amplifies aromatics through a concentration of wort-soluble compounds. Hassle-free ✔️ Amplified aromatics ✔️ Heavily dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Strata and even more Citra. Ripe and juicy [insert: all the tropical fruits you can name] and a strong sweet citrusy aroma and flavor. Cheers! Malts: Extra pale ale malt, wheat malt & flaked torrefied oats Hops: Citra DynaBoost (YCH 702), Citra T90, Nelson Sauvin T90 and Strata T90 Yeast: AEB Fermoale New-E
Aroma: Aroma av frukt.
Smak: Frukt.
