This new stout that spent 12 months and 19 days in half Willett Bourbon and half Willett Rye barrels. The results are a rich, malty stout with a nice sweet, roasted malt taste that's amplified with oak, vanilla, and a hint of spice and warming alcohol. In collaboration with Modestman Brewing
