Sour Saison ale refermented with Ozark Gold apples. This cider/beer hybrid is named in tribute to Stephen King’s reference to apple ale in his series The Dark Tower. A blurred line between dry french style cider and american sour saison, this very approachable blend is dry, earthy, funky, slight tart, and refreshing.
