Every surfer starts out as a kook. We’ve all been there. Golden, bright, dry and built around a clean, assertive bitterness. A West Coast IPA with massive hop aroma and dangerously easy drinkability. A base of Extra Pale, Dextrin and Crystal malts with flaked rice keeps the body light and the finish crisp. Mosaic and Idaho 7 lay the foundation in the whirlpool, while HBC 522, HBC 638 and Simcoe Cryo take over in the dry hop, layering notes of tangerine zest, fresh pine and resin. See you on the next wave.
