Med utspring fra en klassisk pilsner, har vi brygget denne med norsk malt! De europeiske humlene bidrar til balansert bitterhet. Ølet har en moderat restsødme gjør den leskende og frisk, og med et behagelig preg av norsk korn. It’s a clear dark golden beer with a white fingerthick head. The aroma is quite fruity, with a light alcohol-sweet touch. Pine cones and grass. It’s full-bodied and a bit warming on the palate, with a nice carbonation level. More on the sweet side than on the dry side. There’s enough bitterness to deal with the pale malts and light alcohol touch. Quite fruity, with a lasting finish. Brewed according to the Reinheitsgebot (purity law) of 1516.
Aroma: Ferskt og fokusert preg av lyst malt, korn og havrekjeks, hint av kamilleblomst og svale urter.
Smak: Kremet med god fylde, preg av lyst malt, korn og humle, innslag av havrekjeks, urt og krydder.
