This gueuze is a tribute to the Old Brewery (1876-1965). A visible testament to its legacy is the imposing chimney that still watches over the Sollenberg. Cuvée Héritage is an annual limited edition of our most rustic lambics, resulting in a bottle with great aging potential.
Aroma: Aroma av grønne plommer, syltet aprikos, eple, hint av eik, sherry og sitronskall.
Smak: Frisk, toner av umoden pære, grønne stikkelsbær og sure druer.
