bottle date: 09/04/2026 For this Druif, we macerated a variety of muscat grapes from Domaine Christian Binner in Ammerschwihr, Alsace, France. These fine grapes macerated for almost seven months on one- and two-year old lambic. All of the cereals were sourced in Pajottenland. The final fruit proportion is more than 300 grams of grapes per litre of finished Druif. The weighted average age of this blend is more than nineteen months. Show Less
