Corsendonk Pater Dubbel is a soft and top-fermented dark beer, refermented and aged in bottle to a lively sparkling beer with rich foam. This beer has caramelized malt on the nose with hints of ripe fruit. Mild on the palate with wellbalanced bitterness, hints of fruit, toasted bread, liquorice, coffee and caramel.
Aroma: Aroma av honning, malt, plomme, dadler og fiken.
Smak: Røstet malt med innslag av karamell og fruktige estere.
