What if you combine the ingredients of the red velvet cake with a Molen stout? The vanilla and cocoa as basic ingredients of the Red Velvet cake ensure that the bitterness of the Imperial Stout is weakened and gives it a softer aftertaste. The stout's signature roasted aromas, on the other hand, remain intact. This as a whole provides a good balance of sweet and bitter.
