Maturing in Cognac barrels often produces beautiful aromas which perfected this Strong Ale. By adding orange, cloves and star anise, this Strong Ale gets a good citrus taste with a spicy twist. The maturation in the cognac barrels in turn adds notes of vanilla and oak, which completes the beer.
Aroma: Karamell, tørket frukt, krydder, appelsin, litt vanilje og eik.
Smak: Fyldig og rund, smak av tørket frukt, sitrus, krydder og fat.
