Full flavour in the mouth, balanced, spicy and fruity. This sums up this dark abbey beer, which is re-fermented in the bottle. You get aromas of caramel and sweet fruit, taste caramel, toasted malt, coffee, dark chocolate, alcohol and bitter hops right down to the dry finish. Everything is beautifully balanced.
Aroma: Dyp maltsødme, karamell med frukt og sjokolade.
Smak: Maltsødme med sjokolade og tørket frukt (rosin).
