Enigmatic Galaxies DIPA - We love Enigma, and when we managed to get ourselves some Galaxy hops we decided to celebrate the celestial marriage of our favourite Southern Hemi Green varieties with a DIPA brewed with the guys at Track Brewing Co Together we came up with a grist of Super Pale, Munich, Flaked Oats & Wheat that was whirl-pooled and dry-hopped on wort contact with Enigma and again during fermentation with Enigma & Galaxy.
Aroma: Dufter av steinfrukt, malt, ananas, sitrus, nektariner.
Smak: Fyldig, kremet og frisk. God lengde med tydelig humlepreg.
