Sognefjord is in Norwegian contex an innovative cider made from bitter cider apples originating from Normandie and Somerset. Golden orange colour. Smells like dry fruit and apple cider with a hint of sherry. Light and naturally carbonated with rich taste of apple cider with a long and bitter exit. A cider made to pair with food, suitable together with rich dishes like lamb, pork, beef and game. This is the ciders version of IPA!
Aroma: Aroma med preg av eple, blomst og sitrus.
Smak: Fruktig start preg av eple og blomst, ettersmak med tydeleg tannin og god lengde.
