Aged for 20 months in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels and Prosa Mineira cachaça barrels, this barleywine expresses a rich and distinctive sugarcane juice–forward character. The cachaça barrels bring fresh sugarcane juice notes, soft vegetal sweetness, and a natural, rustic depth, while the bourbon barrels add layers of vanilla, caramel, toffee, and toasted oak. Full-bodied and warming, with a long, complex finish where sugarcane sweetness lingers alongside mature malt richness and elegant barrel integration.
