Aged for 20–25 months in Prosa Mineira cachaça barrels and Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels, this stout showcases a distinctive honey-forward character. The cachaça barrels bring pronounced natural honey notes, reminiscent of wildflower honey and sugarcane nectar, creating a smooth, rounded sweetness that defines the beer’s profile. Bourbon barrels layer in vanilla, caramel, coconut, and toasted oak, enhancing depth without overpowering the honey expression. Full-bodied, with integrated warmth and a long, silky finish where honeyed sweetness lingers alongside refined wood and dark malt complexity.
