Malquerida is a Red Fresh Beer. It was created from the fascination of Ferran Adrià, Albert Adrià and their team with Latin cuisine. Latin cuisine is delicious, creative, complex and full of flavour. It is enjoyed all over the world, but there was no specific beer that would combine perfectly with its strong personality. Brewed with malt, wheat, maize, orange juice and Hibiscus, it is the ideal partner for spicy and sharpy dishes.
Aroma: Intens aroma med hint av appelsin skall.
Smak: Frisk smak med integrert Jamaica blomst.
