The Ampersand single hop series is all about expression. We created a balanced, medium-bodied New England base to best let the hops shine. Each beer, and each hop, have their own distinctive personality. Here a double dry-hop of Galaxy gives pineapple and papaya notes, while the juicy body combines with a medium bitterness and a dry finish.
