Black as a Norwegian winter's night and resinous as a walk through the forest. This Cascadian Dark Ale is brewed by brewmaster Abram Goldman-Armstrong, who first put the style on the map. The citrusy and piney hop aroma and flavour is balanced with a slight sweetness from the caramel malt. More than a Black IPA, CDAs celebrate the combination of hop and roast flavours.
Aroma: Ung, krydret og balsamisk, preg av fersk humle, mørkt malt, karamell, kaffe, lakris og barnål.
Smak: Kremet med tydelig humlepreg og mørkt malt, toner av kaffe, lakris, sjokolade og svale urter.
