A New England IPA brewed in collaboration with Dalons Brewery from Réunion Island and WHC Lab, a yeast producer. We dry-hopped it with Riwaka, Motueka, Mosaic, and Nelson Sauvin, and fermented it with Yellow Flower yeast, isolated from Dalons Brewery. These yeast bring intense tropical fruit and exotic spice vibes to the beer! 14blg
Aroma: Aroma av grapefrukt, lime og ananas.
Smak: Grapefrukt, ananas, lime, melon og furu.
