Garage x Outer Range Pietine Oat Cream IPA

From the Rockies of Colorado to the French Alpes, Outer Range are well known for great beers. Back in 2021, before they had crossed the pond to settle in Sallanche we teamed up to brew a banger of a DIPA here in Garage, now they are established in the Alpes it was about time to team up again. This time heading down the lines of an OAT CREAM IPA (contains LACTOSE - sorry vegans and others who can't tolerate it), Luke their head brewer wanted Citra, a pre-requist to the beer going forward, so we loaded it up hot and cold side to give a citrus and stone fruit backbone to this sweet IPA, teamed with El Dorado on the cold side post fermentation, bringing caribbean tropical notes to this French and Spanish collab, it's sweet and juicy. Hunker down in the shade, cold cans and wait for summer to arrive.
