In this special blend, we used 40% 2 years old lambics that fermented and matured for 2 years in freshly emptied Cognac barrels. 30% 1 year old lambics and 30% 3 years old lambics were used in the blend to bring freshness and complexity, respectively.
Aroma: Utviklet, aroma av tørket frukt, pepper, sitrus og stall.
Smak: Frisk og lang med sitruspreg, pepper, noe cognac i avslutningen.
