LEIKR is a new playground where our brewers and blenders get to play with all fermentable things that are not beer. For our very first product The Monument we teamed up with mead masters Marlobobo for a fruited mead with three different types of Norwegian honey and no added water. After fermentation we added aronia, cherries, raspberries and seabuckthorn. We then let it sit in bourbon barrels. Welcome to the playground!
Aroma: Søt, fruktig, bær.
Smak: Søte fruktig bær.
