For this hoppy iteration of the belgian classic, we used hallertau blanc and godiva hops. Godiva is a new variety of hop from the UK that brings the fruity aromas from tangerine and white wine. To round out the hops we used stranda kveik to really bring those flavours forward. The result? A light, and refreshing hoppy saison. This beer can be enjoyed fresh to fully experience the generous hop aroma, or can be aged for the true belgian saison experience.
Aroma: Fokusert og sval aroma av lyst malt og korn, litt urt, krydder, blomst og sitrus.
Smak: Kremet med preg av lyst malt, ferskt korn og urt, litt sitrus og krydder.
