High fermentation brewed with grape must and spices, cinnamon sticks, cloves, star anise and sweet orange peel. Made specially for the Winter and Holiday seasons. It can be enjoyed at 46° - 53° F or warmed to 160° F, as is the tradition for some Flemish ales. "Bold 'menage a trois' between gentle fruity-winey notes, marked off flavors and a wise spicy bouquet that brings us in the Christmas spirit. The result is a pleasant, original brew, pure style Loverier, which is explicitly suggested by the brewer to serve at two different temperatures. Around ten degrees stand out the fruity notes of strawberry, raspberry and red currant while around seventy degrees, like a mulled wine, will be emerging spicy, pungent and balsamic notes, making this beer a perfect sensual 'nightcap'."
