Bourbon BA Wildberry Doofus

Bourbon barrel-aged bochet with six different berries, further conditioned on Ugandan vanilla beans. Blackberries, strawberries, raspberries, bilberries and black and red currants. Same doofusly treatment as the other "Doofuses" with caramelized sunflower honey and extra dark maple syrup, but taken a step further by aging it for 7 months in freshly emptied Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels. Giving away dark caramel, almost like a slightly salty fruit caramel, together with vanilla and maple notes in between the flavor explosion of all the jammy wildberries.
