Fanal+ 2025

Fanal, single variety cherry mead. *Late harvested* Late in the 2025 harvest season, I had the opportunity to source cherries that were left to ripen on the trees for nearly a month beyond the usual harvest window, allowing them to reach sugar levels unlike anything I’ve previously encountered in Norwegian Fanal cherries. These dark flavor bombs takes a natural center stage in the mead, bringing remarkable density and concentration, layered with vibrant acidity and structured tannins.
