A freeze-concentrated raspberry, cherry and black currant mead (or ice melomel if you will). All the berries were fermented separately, and thoughtfully blended to what we felt was the perfect expression of all the berries together. It has a bright and juicy fruit expression, similar to freshly picked berries.
