A freeze-concentrated raspberry mead (or ice melomel if you will). What happens when you take an already ultra-concentrated no-water melomel - and go even further by freeze-concentrating the raspberry component, cutting its water content in half? You get an aroma like a raspberry bomb went off in the glass, followed by an intense burst of pure raspberry flavor. The addition of Norwegian wildflower honey brings an explosive balance of acidity and sweetness, elevating the raspberries to a whole new level. Well, that's our opinion.
