Raspberry mead aged in old Plantation rum barrels for 11 months. -------------------------- 2022 -------------------------- Barrel origin: Very old Plantation rum from Barbados (11 months aging) *These barrels originates from around the 90's. They were used to make whiskey by Willowbank Distillery before they were shipped to Barbados to further age rum. Willowbank ceased operation all the way back in 1997!* Honey variety: Wildflower Raspberry variety: Glen Ample *The vintage year refers to the harvest year of the ingredients*
