Freeze-concentrated cherry mead aged on a serious amount of Ugandan vanilla beans. Having already doubled down on the fruit in the mead by freeze-concentrating it, we couldn't do any worse on the vanilla addition. DOUBLE EVERYTHING --> 5 g/L of ginormous Ugandan vanilla beans. ------------------------------ 2024 ------------------------------ *140 bottles made* Forgot to hand-number them - lulz! Aroma: Aroma av kirsebær, mandel, floral honning og vanilje.
Smak: Friske kirsebær, med florale toner av honning og vanilje. Høy konsentrasjon og syre.
