Freeze-concentrated cherry mead aged in three different barrels for a total of 49 months. Further aged on a triple dose of Tanzanian, Ugandan and Madagascan vanilla beans. Bourbon: Woodford Reserve Double Oak (12 months) Rum: Plantation Barbados (15 months) Bourbon: Weller Special Reserve (22 months) It takes approximately 600 kg of Stevnsbær cherries to fill one barrel of this product!
