Discovery, single variety apple mead (partially cryo-concentrated). Discovery apples have a slightly pink-hued flesh, are extremely juicy and aromatic, while still having a vibrant acidity. Making them our favorite variety of apples to work with. To further amplify their character, we cryo-concentrated half of the juice to make this mead. The wildflower honey further amplifies the flavor of the fruit, while still maintaining a good balance between sweetness and acidity. -------------------------- 2022 -------------------------- Honey variety: Wildflower Apple variety: Discovery *The vintage year refers to the harvest year of the ingredients*
