Spontaneously fermented fruit Pét-Nat with Sunrise apples and "retired" Fanal cherries from our mead production. Contains natural sediments due to being bottled before fermentation has finished. We use so much fruit in our meads, and to obtain a product of the highest quality we don`t press our fruit dry of liquid. This wet fruit, still containing tons of flavor from both fruit and honey is used another time to create the products in this series.
