The beer is an indulgent milk stout, using the most luxurious ingredients we could find. This is based on a beer Olly had in the states, and it was ‘the best beer I’ve ever had.’ So he’s created a version for himself with our Merakai twist. ADJUNCTS: Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee (supplied by Edgcumbes Coffee Roasters & Tea Merchants), Columbian Chocolate (prestigious Cocoa Fino de Aroma label), and Grade A, 100% Canadian Maple Syrup TASTING NOTES: Rich coffee, with a sweetness of vanilla, luxurious maple with creamy chocolate finish.
