Fruit Pét-Nat with Discovery apples and "retired" aronia berries from our mead production. Contains natural sediments due to being bottled before fermentation has finished. PS: Fermented to dryness - zero dosage ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Apples: Discovery Aronia: Wild aronia berries picked by Ulf (from making Are U in a Cult?) Honey: Wildflower (not added by itself, but residual honey brought with the spent fruit) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Circularity is our series of products utilizing fruit that normally would have been just thrown away / treated as food waste by following a linear economic model (take, make and dispose). We use so much fruit in our meads, and to obtain a product of the highest quality we don`t press our fruit dry of liquid. This wet fruit, still containing tons of flavor from both fruit and honey is used another time to create the products in this series.
